Hi, I'm Yael — and I've sat across from a lot of overwhelmed parents.
I'm a Licensed Behavior Analyst and ADHD Specialist based in Brooklyn, working with families in person and remotely. My work centers on children in mainstream settings — kids with ADHD, high-functioning ASD, or those who are struggling without a clear diagnosis but whose families know that something needs to change.
My approach
I believe behavior is communication. When a child is melting down, refusing, shutting down, or pushing every limit in sight — there's a reason. My job is to find it. With over 15 years of experience and extensive training in Education, Behavior Analysis, ADHD, and Floortime, I bring a clinical, analytic lens to every family I work with: gathering the full picture, identifying the root causes, and then translating all of it into strategies that are practical, doable, and tailored to your child and your home. I hold a Master's in Education, a BCBA, LBA, and ADHD-CCSP certification — and I draw from all of it so that the plan we build is right for your child, not a one-size-fits-all script.
Because parents are the ones living with their children every day, I make sure you're an active part of the work. You'll learn alongside your child, carry the strategies into real life, and feel supported through the messy moments, not just the polished ones.
